Personal data protection code - Information under art.13 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003
Personal data given to Risose RpR SpA, holder for the personal data processing, will be treated, in abidance with the current regulations and provisions of the law, as stated in the above mentioned Legislative Decree (196/2003).
Data will be used as follows:
- in a lawful and fairly manner;
- gathered and registered for a definite, explicit and lawful purpose; any other use of this data will have to be compatible with this purpose;
- exact and, if necessary, updated;
- relevant, complete and not exceeding the purpose for which they have been gathered or subsequently used;
- preserved in such a manner to allow the user’s identification for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to the purpose for which the data has been gathered or subsequently used;
- precautionary and adequate security measures will allow for personal data to be kept and controlled in relation to knowledge of technical progress, the nature of the data and distinctions of its use in order to minimise the risk of data loss or destruction (also accidental), unauthorised access to data, not permitted or non-compiant use of data with regards to the purpose for which it has been gathered;
- data will be used exclusively by members of the staff entitled to do so, who have been adequately and lawfully trained in accordance with current regulations on data protection.
