Risorse per Roma SpA has been assigned by the Department of Urban Planning and Implementation to assist the Municipality in the drawing of Rome’s Urban Development Plan.
Based on the current regulations, the Plan sets the fundamental strategies for the metropolitan development of the entire area: the design of regional parks spreading throughout the Lazio Region and, therefore, abiding by regional regulations; the new rail transport system, which will bring a revolution to the traffic within the entire metropolitan area; the clear definition of all settlements, basis for the future metropolitan readjustment.
